No matter your age, background, gender or vocation, quality sleep is something we all need. When it comes to rest, quality trumps quantity and in our modern, hectic and bright world it can be hard to get the snooze you need to feel refreshed the next day. That’s why we created our REST capsules which are filled to the brim with 20mg of high-quality CBD (0% THC) as well as 50mg L-tryptophan, precursor to the sleep-hormone melatonin, and 50 mg L-theanine, studied for its ability to reduce cognitive stress.

L-tryptophan: L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid meaning it must be obtained from the diet. Like most amino acids it is very important in the production of proteins. This amino acid is particularly important as it is the precursor to the signalling molecule serotonin, the sleep-hormone melatonin as well as vitamin B3.

L-theanine: An amino acid known for its purported calming effects. Numerous small-scale trials have demonstrated that L-theanine supplementation can promote relaxation without drowsiness as well as reduce anxiety symptoms in stressful situations. Preliminary evidence also suggest l-theanine may help in promoting a longer and more restful sleep.
